Mr. Anuj Agarwal

Mr. Anuj Agarwal represents in the Bank's Board from Vishal Group (Promoter Shareholder). He is one of Nepal’s most dynamic entrepreneur’s and thought leader. As a serial entrepreneur he has helped found companies across various domains including Infrastructure, Industry, Power, Education and Retail. Highly passionate about the socio-economic potential of Nepal, Mr. Agarwal has spent decades working across various institutions in various capacities, including as Vice President of CNI, Founder Member of EO, YPO, and been invited as an expert consultant across various Government, NGO, Bilateral and other frameworks. Mr. Agarwal graduated in 1996 with an MBA from Vanderbilt University.

Mr. Shreekrishna Nepal

Mr. Shreekrishna Nepal represents the Ministry of Finance (MoF), Government of Nepal (GoN), as a promoter shareholder in the Bank's Board. He currently serves as Joint Secretary of the MoF and heads the Budget Division. In this capacity, Mr. Nepal provides leadership and guidance for overall fiscal budgeting of the country and its implementation. He holds a master's degree in Economics from Tribhuvan University, Nepal.

Mr. Lalmani Joshi

Mr. Lalmani Joshi represents in the Bank's Board from Emerging Nepal Ltd (Promoter Shareholder). He is retired Secretary of Government of Nepal (GoN). During his service period of more than thirty-five years with GoN, Mr. Joshi had served the government in different capacities. Presently, he is a Chairman of Emerging Nepal Ltd. In the past, Mr. Joshi had served in the Board of Himalayan Bank Limited, NABIL Bank Ltd., Swadeshi Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Ltd. and Nepal Industrial Development Corporation as a Director. Mr. Joshi holds Master degree in Business Administration.

Mr. Ratna Raj Bajracharya

Mr. Ratna Raj Bajracharya represents Global IME Bank Limited (Promoter Shareholder) in the Bank's Board. He is a prominent figure in the Nepalese banking industry, with an impactful career across various esteemed institutions. Most recently, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of Global IME Bank Limited. Mr. Bajracharya holds an MBA degree and is a qualified Chartered Accountant.

Ms. Lima Adhikari Acharya

Ms. Lima Adhikari Acharya represents Public Shareholders in the Bank's Board. She was elected as one of the two uncontested Board Members of the Public Shareholders’ group by the 3rd Annual General Meeting of the Bank. She is associated with several organizations in different capacities. At Present, she is an Independent Director of Emerging Nepal Ltd., Executive Member of Nepal Chamber of Commerce, General Secretary of Nepal Women Chamber etc. Ms. Acharya holds Master’s degree in Business Administration.

Mr. Prabin Subedi

Mr. Prabin Subedi represents Public Shareholder in the Bank's Board. He is practicing litigant lawyer based in Kathmandu. His legal acumen shines through his representation of clients across various court tiers in civil and criminal matters. His portfolio includes trials, civil/ commercial disputes, labor conflicts, corporate compliance and criminal issues.

Mr. Subedi serves as a sought-after legal counselor for a diverse clientele, including banks, telecom Operators, pharmaceutical, hospital, NGOs, INGOs and multinational conglomerates. He is frequent guest speaker at esteemed institution like the Judicial Academy, Police Academy, and Armed Police Force and Nepal Army. Mr. Subedi holds Master of Law degree (LLM) on Information Communication Technology from the University of Oslo.

Mr. Mahesh Prasad Dahal

Mr. Mahesh Prasad Dahal holds the position of Independent Director on the Bank's Board. He is retired Secretary of Government of Nepal (GoN). During his service period of more than thirty years with GoN, Mr. Dahal had served the government in different capacities.

At the time of his engagement in Public Service he had the opportunity to participate and attend national and international conferences, meetings, seminars, workshops, study tours and observation visits in more than 35 countries in the field of Economic Development, Economic Diplomacy and Labor Diplomacy, Labor Relations, ,Labour Migration, Employment and Poverty Alleviation, Public Financial Management, Fiscal Decentralization, Intergovernmental Fiscal Transfer System, Provincial and Local Government Grant System, Education Governance and Good Governance. Additionally, he has been associated with various organizations in different capacities, including serving as an Alternate Board Member (Asia and the Pacific) for the Global Partnership for Education (GPE) in Washington, D.C., USA.
