Staff Benefits and Facilities Committee

The Staff Benefits and Facilities Committee makes recommendations to the board of directors with regards to Human resource strategy and policies related  to staff benefits, compensation, staffing, and other issues that are associated with NIFRA’s ability to recruit, develop and retain well-qualified staff for it to achieve its objectives.

The committee is responsible to develop and implement competency-based training programs across different levels that are required to meet bank’s strategic goals. It also reviews the manpower plans, succession planning, and conduct performance appraisals.

The Staff Benefits and Facilities Committee is coordinated by Ms. Lima Adhikari  (Director).
